2. Customer Responsibilities

3. System Design

4. Equipment Supply

All equipment supplied is new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. SmartSafeDesigns.com is not responsible for faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse, environmental conditions, or unauthorised modifications.

5. Programming & Configuration

Systems are pre‑programmed based on the agreed design. Any changes required after installation may incur additional charges.

6. Remote Support

Remote support is provided on a best‑effort basis and may depend on the customer’s internet connection, device compatibility, and the accuracy of information provided. SmartSafeDesigns.com cannot guarantee system performance once installed.

7. Payments

Full payment is required before equipment is programmed or dispatched. Prices may vary depending on equipment availability and customer requirements.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled before programming begins may be refunded in full.

• Orders cancelled after programming has started may incur a fee.

• Installed or used equipment cannot be returned unless faulty under the manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Liability

SmartSafeDesigns.com accepts no liability for:

• Damage, injury, or loss arising from installation or use of the equipment

• Losses caused by system failure, incorrect installation, or poor signal conditions

• Security breaches, break‑ins, or incidents occurring before or after installation

The customer accepts full responsibility for the installation, operation, and maintenance of their system.

10. Annual Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans cover remote checks and support only. They do not include physical repairs, battery replacements, or on‑site visits. SmartSafeDesigns.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel maintenance plans if the system is installed incorrectly or modified without approval.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for the purpose of designing, supplying, and supporting their security system. Information is never shared with third parties except where required for delivery or warranty purposes.

12. Acceptance of Terms
